Leadership Driving Growth

LightBeam has appointed Mike Gesnaldo as its new Chief Revenue Officer, where he will oversee the company’s go-to-market and revenue strategy, driving growth and scaling operations.

With over 20 years of experience in early stage Cyber Security sales leadership, Gesnaldo brings a wealth of expertise to his new role at LightBeam.ai. Most recently, he served as CRO at Dazz, a company recently acquired by Wiz.io. Prior to that, he led the global sales efforts for the Incident Response and Managed Services business at Crowdstrike. Gesnaldo’s career also includes leadership positions at RedLock (acquired by Palo Alto Networks) and Tanium.

As CRO at LightBeam.ai, Gesnaldo will be instrumental in refining the company's revenue operations, expanding customer relationships, and accelerating growth in key markets. His proven track record in scaling sales teams and driving operational excellence will be crucial as LightBeam.ai continues to expand its market presence.
